Changing settings in windows does nothing but make all my other engineering programs look and run different. All toolbars on top are OK but these toolbars that 'Float' are so small they are hardly usable. These toolbars speed up my work greatly and I feel frustrated learning to use another method of accomplishing my tasks.
Now my screen looks normal and all up to speed except the toolbars that I open, such as OBJECT_SNAP, and dock on the side of my screen. I solved one problem of 1/3 my screen not showing the drawing by turning off graphics acceleration by using GRAPHICSCONFIG. Your not alone and I have the same problem.
